Dennis O’Brien a Ford man – “I’ve always been Ford”. Showcasing his 1969 Ford Falcon XW Fairmont V8, Dennis tells us that over the past twelve years he has been restoring his Fairmont over the past twelve years. With a new 438 cubic inch engine, a turbo 400 gear box and a new interior Dennis has restored this car to its former glory! An avid lover of Summernats having never missed an event yet it was great to catch up with Dennis and learn all about his 1969 Ford Falcon XW Fairmont V8.
“I didn’t do all the restorations. It came the colour that it is. The only restorations that we did was I put a new engine in it, and a gear box. We also put the wheels on it and did the interior – we got the interior done up which was done in Young.”
