Summernats

It’s regarded as Australia’s biggest horsepower party and was once famous for BBB. Beer, boobs, and burnouts. Summernats has gone hard in recent years to make the BBB more bbb. There are still boob, beer, and burnouts, but the reliance and focus on those as what made it Summernats has been changed. [More]

Round 6 Super 2 Series – Sandown 500 Race Report - Adam Marjoram

Image
Round 6 of the Championship, the Penrite Oil Sandown 500 has been run and won, but for me it was a tough weekend in the office. They say motor racing is character building, and if you can’t take disappointment don’t go motor racing. Well last weekend proved those statements to be true, especially after ending Bathurst with a blown engine. My strong performance during the year has taken a battering in the last two rounds. ”Why don’t we bolt on a turbo?”

Project Monaro

“We’re here to stay”.
That’s the message that underpins an exciting mission being undertaken by Holden, veteran all makes parts supplier ACDelco, other long-term Holden suppliers and business partners, and a team of dedicated, long-term, Holden employees. The premise is simple: take an iconic car, restore it, give it away. The devil, they say, is in the details. The car is a 210,000km 2004 VZ spec, Monaro. The restoration is in partnership with companies that includes Holden’s own ACDelco. The give-away part is for a very lucky person that purchases Holden or ACDelco parts, or visits a Holden Dealer service centre. [More]
